In the theme of The Long Bloody Walk we are holding The Bloody Long Workout (The  Bloody Long WOD). This will be completed at CrossFit Coorparoo by members and friends of the gym.

After completing the Bloody Long Walk last year with many friends from our gym we wanted to increase the challenge of the physical and mental difficulty of the event and create a day of continuous Crossfit workouts. 

The event will raise funds for the Mito Foundation.The foundation aims to transform outcomes for the mito community by driving meaningful change and funding essential research into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cures of mitochondrial disorders. 

Crossfit Coorparoo members and friends can challenge themselves in the Bloody Long WOD and compete to rise to the top of the fundraising leaderboard.
