Mitochondrial disease (mito) is a genetic condition that affects how the body’s cells produce energy. It can lead to a wide range of symptoms, and right now, there’s no cure.
That’s why I’m hosting a Munch for Mito event—to raise awareness and help fund support services and vital research.
It’s a simple idea: I’m bringing people together to share some food, chat about mito, and contribute what they can. Just by gathering around a table, we can help build understanding and get one bite closer to a cure.
